Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feel ready for change, therapy can provide a place to gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

My Therapeutic Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My overall approach is Person-Centered Therapy, which means this is your journey, and my role is to come alongside you with compassion, guidance, and professional expertise. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. I draw from several evidence-based approaches to provide the support that best fits your situation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps identify the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck, we can develop healthier ways of thinking, responding, and relating to others.

A Strengths-Based approach focuses on the resilience, abilities, and inner resources you already possess. Even during difficult seasons, people often have strengths they haven’t yet recognized or learned to trust. Together, we’ll build on those strengths as you move toward healing and growth.

When deeper healing is needed, I incorporate Inner Child work and Timeline Therapy to help explore unresolved experiences from the past. Processing these experiences can bring greater understanding, emotional healing, and freedom, allowing present-day relationships and decisions to be shaped less by past wounds and more by who you are becoming.

For couples, I integrate these approaches while also exploring each partner’s attachment style and relationship patterns. By increasing understanding of how each person connects, communicates, and responds to conflict, couples can develop healthier ways of relating to one another, strengthen emotional intimacy, and build a more secure relationship.
